In an extension to numeral 19 of this call, any situation not contemplated in the bases will be treated in a particular way by the Organizing Committee in conjunction with the Tijuana Cultural Center.

The following clauses are foreseen: 

​

19.1 Choreographers, performers (stage creators and dancers) who have been part of the artistic nucleus of the Lux Boreal Company may participate in the Contest subsequent editions until one year after leaving the group.

 

19.2 Direct collaborators of the Lux Boreal Company will not be able to attend this call.

19.3 In the case of applicants who have situations in the process of claiming or denouncing gender violence, the organizing committee in coordination with CECUT will reserve the right of acceptance through a special ruling.
