She finished her BFA at Purchase College Conservatory of Dance in New York and her MFA at UC Irvine. She has presented her work as an independent choreographer in many solo and collaborative concerts in San Diego and in Germany, Canada, Russia, Mexico, New York, Chicago and throughout the US.
She was a member of the Malashock Dance Company, McCaleb Dance and Jean Isaac's San Diego Dance Theater and has taught at UC San Diego, San Diego State University, Cal State San Marcos, MiraCosta College, among other studios.
In 2018, he founded LITVAKdance, a dance company based in San Diego, through which he convenes leading choreographers and, at the same time, gives voice to some of San Diego's best dancers along with their work and the work of the various members of the LITVAKdance company.
He recently received recognition from the Temecula Front and Main Festival
Gilberto Corrales
He has worked as a director, playwright, actor, producer and manager; He is the director of Theater in the Fire. He has directed more than forty works of stage art, more than thirty of his own; having presence in festivals and meetings of national and international level. His work has been characterized by experimentation with mass culture, through collective creation and dialogue between artistic disciplines, to raise awareness of issues of social relevance.
His work has been worthy of multiple recognitions, awards and support in the artistic and cultural field.
He directs projects such as the Contagio Tijuana post-pandemic art meeting and the Artistic Projects Incubation Program, in collaboration with CECUT and the Ministry of Culture, respectively.
Red Pepe
Pepe Rojo practices interference in the border area between the Californias, juggling literature, academia and the arts. He has published seven books and more than 300 texts in hybrid genres and formats, dfrom speculative theory and science fiction interventions at the border crossing to fiction, a Tijuana philosophical dictionary and experiments in collective creation. Lately, he is flying the flags of “Land and Liberty” while trying to survive a Ph.D. at the University of California, San Diego.
